Launch party for M11 Business Link takes off!

A lively launch party of over 50 commercial property agents from throughout the region celebrated the official opening of M11 Business Link at Stansted on Friday 6th March.
 
Following a buffet lunch hosted by Frogmore the agents enjoyed a tour of the new facilities – a modern mixed-use development offering between 3,204 and 6,613 sq. ft of business space and 3,704 and 8,525 sq.ft of office accommodation.

 

As a memento of their visit, and a reminder that the immediate proximity of Stansted Airport is one of the key benefits of the site, all attendees received a Palm-2 remote controlled aircraft as a free gift from the landlords.
 
Amit Babar, an Assistant Surveyor with Logistics and Industrial, also won first prize in a Grand Draw held on the day, taking away £500 worth of Thomas Cook travel vouchers.
 
Altogether, M11 Business Link comprises 30 new office and industrial units for freehold or leasehold tenure, of which one has already been let to Agar Scientific, an international supplier of microscopy products and materials.
